Open your Hade app and tap on "Delivery".

locations

Key in your pick-up and drop-off locations to get your upfront fixed fare.

Get a
driver

After confirming your booking, the nearest Hade Express driver will receive your order and head to the pick-up point right away.

Track your delivery

You can track your parcel real-time in the Hade App. Your recipient will also receive a SMS with a tracking URL to check the delivery progress.

If your car is soiled during a Hade Pet ride, please follow the claim process via “Report a past trip issue” in the in-app Help Centre, and provide all supporting documents (i.e. photo of stain or waste, receipt of car cleaning).
